What size is a single memory foam mattress?

Single foam mattresses are generally the same dimensions as other single mattresses and measure 90 x 190cm or 3’0 x 6’4. They’re commonly referred to as 3’ singles. Bear in mind that certain brands such as Ikea, and European mattress sizes are slightly larger, so you will need to ensure you buy the right single memory foam mattress to fit your bed frame.

What is the best single memory foam mattress?

This is all down to personal choice. The majority of memory foam mattresses are medium to firm, so they’ll provide plenty of support regardless of the manufacturer. However, better quality mattresses also incorporate extras such as cool fabric covers to keep you cooler, or allergy-free latex layers for greater support.

Single memory foam mattresses range in thickness, but the average is around 23-25cm, which will provide you with plenty of support, even if you’re a side sleeper.
