Quick customer service

Update.Customer service got back to me organised a credit to my account to replace and delivered a new one the next day. I went for the soul sleep bliss 800 memory foam pillow top and now sleeping like a baby. Which recommended aswel with a 10 yr guarantee- research is key ordered the mattress checked reviews beforehand and all looked ok. Im assuming that most of these are done within the first week of buying the mattress because once its delivered and put on the bed. I brought a spring memory foam ortho mattress within one week I had back pain (never had this before and I always buy this type of mattress) within 21 days I started feeling all the springs underneath the very thin memory foam layer I followed all instructions re rotating top to bottom regularly. I am shocked that only after this small amount of time the springs and easily felt even when placing your hand onto the top layer. I emailed the help center and they got back within 48hrs requesting lots and lots of photos to send on to the manufacturer and said if they dont resolve it theres a 100 day mattress guarantee (but can only be enforced after 50 days to be able to exchange and there is a 100 delivery fee) so I have to wait another 27 days with a mattress that is causing extreme hip and back pain form the springs digging into me which is not acceptable. Please collect the mattress and refund my money I do not want another mattress from this site as I no longer have faith in your products

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, I researched mattresses for weeks & this one had great reviews and a long guarantee. It arrived very quickly, easy to unroll. Left it the required time and oh I wish I had purchased earlier. I have arthritis of hips, spine and knees & was waking every few minutes with pressure point pain. I dont suffer that at all now it went within a couple of days. I still have pain but not where my joints meet the mattress. I paid 404.00 with a mattress protector so not the most expensive mattress but worth every penny in fact it looks & feels way more expensive. Its a shame to cover it up with bedding it looks lovely!
