Very pleased with mattress. Communication about delivery was very good. However despite only 2 bedrooms and the bed frame being empty the delivery man put the mattress in the other bedroom so we had to move it ourselves. We paid the extra 19 for it to be put into the room we wanted. Perhaps he didnt understand but anyway all is good and we would use again.

I think it's fine. My grandson uses it. I didn't realise it came flat packed which was a problem and I wasn't told they did a service that took away and old bed. We had dismantled the old bed and moved it, but the new one was dumped at the front door. For me being disabled it made it hard.
