We bought a european size mattress for an old ikea bedframe (as ikea don't sell these any longer nor are they stocked on the high street), which meant a longer than usual delivery time scale, but this was made very clear before ordering. The mattress arrived before the expected date, we had a choice of date & the delivery arrived within the specified slot. The delivery guys were efficient, friendly & helpful. The mattress was exactly as described and we love it!

Wow, excellent mattress, second time ive used this company. 48 hours and mattress was with me (my choice) they keep you updated throughout the progression of your delivery. Phoned when 30 mins away and again when really close to check directions.Really polite, helpful delivery staff.Highly recommend, infact I have recommended again.
