Our cut off time is 5pm Monday to Friday, 12pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday. When looking at our products, you'll be able to see if they are available for next day delivery.
If no premium timeslot has been purchased, delivery times will be between 7am and 7pm.
We can request the driver to call you prior to delivery. Please make use of the delivery instructions during checkout to request this as well as adding other details that will help the driver during delivery.
If your item(s) are out of stock, then you may have to be patient to receive your order. When browsing our products, you should see the availability of when it can be delivered.
