Excellent service from start to finish! easy to order online, choice of free delivery dates, as promised received a message the day before with a 1 hour delivery window, driver phoned to let us know he would be with use within 30 minutes. Delivery was easy lovely drivers, polite, courteous and respected our property. The mattress is amazing, I have herniated discs and a trapped nerve and was really struggling, we purchased the sleepsoul wish mattress and it is so comfortable, and supportive I have had much more comfortable nights, I would highly recommend the mattress and mattressnextday
