We bought a european size mattress for an old ikea bedframe (as ikea don't sell these any longer nor are they stocked on the high street), which meant a longer than usual delivery time scale, but this was made very clear before ordering. The mattress arrived before the expected date, we had a choice of date & the delivery arrived within the specified slot. The delivery guys were efficient, friendly & helpful.
