Will I get an indication of what time my order will be delivered?

Yes, the system we use will send you a 2 hour delivery time window the evening before. This is done via sms and email so please make sure you add a mobile number and an email address.

Can I choose a particular delivery date?

Yes, at checkout, you are able to choose a specific delivery date.

Will the delivery team carry my order to the room for me?

Standard delivery is door to door, ground floor. If you purchase the Room of Choice service for £15, the delivery team will carry the order to the room of choice. See our Term's (4.9) for more information.

Can you take my old mattress away?

Yes, we offer a mattress disposal service for £40. This is available at check out.

How often should I rotate my mattress?

Your mattress should be rotated every two weeks for the first three months to allow the fillings to settle evenly. After 3 months, we'd recommend keeping the same regime or at least once a month. Turnable mattresses should be turned over completely at least once a month.

What happens if my product develops a fault?

If you inform us that the Goods have developed a fault in breach of the Guarantee, we require photographs of the fault. If the fault cannot be assessed from a photograph, we may require inspection of the Goods. As the inspection is carried out with an independent company a deposit of £35.00 is required to be paid. If the product is found to be faulty on inspection, the deposit will be refunded.

Can I return my mattress if I don't like it?

All returns carriage costs will be borne by you the sender unless deemed that the product was either damaged on arrival, faulty or incorrect. Goods must be unused, wrapped in their original packaging and still in a saleable condition. See our Terms & Condition for more information.
